I’m Kelly Blake. I have been practicing yoga for 16 years.I am a certified teacher with a deep study into yogic philosophy. I teach Kripalu yoga flows and lead the philosophy in teacher trainings, teaching students about the breath, the mind, energy channels and ethics…
Yoga found me and i found it when i was in my early twenties, a time when i was trying to navigate and understand all of life’s ebbs and flows. Knowing i needed a change, i leaned into my yoga practice never realizing at first how much of an impact it would have on my every day. At first, the physical was a wonderful release and empowered my body. Then it become all about the mind and how we experience and process life as we live it.Whether it is in the moment or in reflection,being able to see through so many perspectives,taking time to contemplate and learning to trust your truth helps to create your own best life. In the begininng it was messy, confusing and unknown. Then it became clear…the mind,body and soul all need care to create a peace-filled and blissful life.
 
I am now in the position to pay forward the knowledge that i have recieved to help others find inner peace. One of my favorite parts of my own personal journey is watching others start to believe how incredible they truly are and how amazing life can be.

What if i have never been to a yoga?

Everyone in their yoga journey has had to take the first step onto the mat. Breathe. All instructors will meet you where you are in your practice, even if its the first day.

Yoga helps to regulate the nervous system, calm/focus the mind, strengthen the body and release tension.

What do I need for class?

Come wearing comfy clothes that you are able to move in! The studio has yoga mats to borrow if you do not have your own yet!

How long are classes?

Classes are 60 mins or 75 mins depending on the class. Length of class will be listed on schedule.

What if I have a previous injury?

Check in with your yogi if you have any concerns on your practice. There is always a modification or a place that every student can go to. Communication and Safety is key!

What is the price to come to class?

There are many options when it comes to buying a class. You can drop in for a single class, buy a class pass or opt for monthly unlimited. It depends on what works best for you are right now.
