Yoga found me and i found it when i was in my early twenties, a time when i was trying to navigate and understand all of life’s ebbs and flows. Knowing i needed a change, i leaned into my yoga practice never realizing at first how much of an impact it would have on my every day. At first, the physical was a wonderful release and empowered my body. Then it become all about the mind and how we experience and process life as we live it.Whether it is in the moment or in reflection,being able to see through so many perspectives,taking time to contemplate and learning to trust your truth helps to create your own best life. In the begininng it was messy, confusing and unknown. Then it became clear…the mind,body and soul all need care to create a peace-filled and blissful life.
I am now in the position to pay forward the knowledge that i have recieved to help others find inner peace. One of my favorite parts of my own personal journey is watching others start to believe how incredible they truly are and how amazing life can be.
