Vinyasa style is a fluid movement pose to pose type of yoga. Instead of holding poses for long periods of time, Vinyasa allows you to feel the pose, engage muscles, Strengthen and lengthen the body without staying in the pose too long. This type of flow is great to get the blood flowing through the body and break up any energy channels that may be blocked or stagnant. The physical helps to allow the body to breath, the muscles to build, the tissues to release and the fasca to rebuild healthy. This all helps to create more clear communication from the mind to the body and vice versa. Everyones body needs to be moved to release what has been stored and feel good about what is to come next.
